The First Editions - Tomatin 25y, 1994, 47.9%, 402b

An uncommon IB whisky bottling from the Highlands' Tomatin distillery. Distilled in 1994, aging for 25 years in a sherry butt, bottled in 2020 at 47.9% abv.

This whisky has a nose of plums, salted caramel and chocolate. 
On the palate it is smooth with hints of chocolate, nuts, red apples, and moss.
The finish is long with lingering oak.
