This innovative release features a triple cask finish in ex-Islay, Tokaji, and Oloroso sherry casks, creating an exceptionally complex flavour profile. The nose offers vanilla and coconut with hints of smoky peat, honeyed sweetness, and dried apricots. On the palate, find creamy butterscotch, tropical fruits, and gentle smoke balanced by sherry richness and oak spice. The finish is long with lingering sweetness and subtle peaty notes. Bottled at 49.5% ABV, limited to 963 bottles.
