Murray McDavid Mission Gold Series presents this exceptional Fettercairn 28-Year-Old Highland single malt, distilled in 1995 and bottled in 2024. After nearly three decades of maturation, this whisky was finished in Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, and wine casks, adding extraordinary depth and complexity. The nose offers rich dried fruits, dark chocolate, and toasted nuts with hints of leather and old oak. On the palate, find luscious raisins, figs, and treacle balanced by elegant oak tannins and warming spice. The finish is exceptionally long with lingering fruit sweetness and sophisticated oak notes. Bottled at cask strength 51.2% ABV, limited to just 667 bottles.
