Murray McDavid Benchmark Series presents this Inchgower 15-Year-Old Speyside single malt, distilled in 2009 and bottled in 2024. The whisky was finished in rare Pacherenc du Vic-Bilh sweet white wine casks from Southwest France, adding layers of honeyed sweetness and orchard fruits. The nose reveals honeyed apricots, ripe peaches, and orange blossom with vanilla and sea breeze. On the palate, expect golden sultanas, pineapple, and creamy custard with oak spice and candied ginger. The finish is warming with honeycomb, white peach, and gentle nutmeg. Bottled at cask strength 53.1% ABV, limited to 1,493 bottles.
