A glorious peated single malt from the Tobermory Distillery on the Isle of Mull. Distilled in 1995, the whisky matured in a refill hogshead before finishing in a teeny oloroso sherry octave, creating a superbly creamy, sweet, and nutty profile. Ledaig is the peated expression from Tobermory, and this 23-year-old bottling captures the island's wild, maritime spirit beautifully.

Tasting Notes:

• Nose: Rich and expressive, with banana flambé and rum-soaked raisins layered over butter fudge, toasted hazelnuts and a ribbon of coastal peat smoke.
• Palate: Rich and creamy with cured salami, rum and raisin ice cream, hazelnut, and butter fudge. A brilliant balance of creamy sweetness and gentle peat smoke.
• Finish: Long and warming, with lingering hazelnut and softly fading smoke.
