A secret Highland single malt aged 11 years (From Teaninich distillery). We love this bottling for its rich toffee, chocolate, caramel, oaky aromas. Bottling this at 50% because we like a whisky rich in flavour than your typical brands, but not too strong that its too hot to enjoy.
One of 82 bottles only from a sherry cask.
