From a Bourbon / Champagne cask finish.
Nose: There is some peat in the background, similar to a gose style beer - some sort of fruit that is starting to turn.
Palate: A really good mouth feel - quite a few layers, with toffee sweetness, some bergamot notes, the yeast and fruit are less obvious but the toffee keeps popping up.
Finish: The finish is long - it coats the mouth with a slightly spiky glaze of vanilla or custard.
