This batch of AD/ Rum Cask Release is made up of twenty eight Bourbon barrels re-racked in Jamaican Rum casks and three Bourbon barrels. We used 60/40 unpeated and peated spirit.
Nose: Lemon Italian ice, overripe apricot, Jamaican ginger cake.
