Single Cask Caol Ila 10 year old, sherry bomb! Always so tasty!

Distilled in 2014 and matured for 10 years in a first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, bottled in 2025.

Only 310 bottles were produced from this cask; Non-chill filtered; naturally coloured; bottled at cask strength 55.4% abv.

Nose: Coffee grounds, salted caramel, Macadamian nuts, Christmas, Ham, Treacle, Marmite,soy, leaf tobacco.

Palate: Medical gauze, Swedish black licorice, oily rag, used bung cloth, bacon, metal shavings, parmesan, black cherry.

Finish: Leathery dryness, cigar, slightly sweet smoky finish.

Caol Ila 艾雷島單桶單一麥芽威士忌，首次注桶Oloroso雪莉桶熟成10年，帶有咖啡、焦糖及煙燻風味，原桶強度55.4%，非冷凝過濾，限量310瓶。
