The Breath of... series of whiskies by Adelphi is definitely one of our favourites. Adelphi chooses some casks that best represents the characteristics of a region of Scotland (In this case Highlands). Always interesting to hear what distillery people think it is from... what is your best guess?

This single malt is 12 years old and bottled from a batch of sherry casks married together. Sherry cask lovers will definitely appreciate this cask strength bottling. Delicious.
