Ordering & Shipping

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

We offer free Hong Kong delivery on orders of HK$800 or more.

We will only include delivery notes during delivery. We will never include invoice or receipt in the delivery. Please contact us if you require these documents.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders within Hong Kong are delivered within 2–3 business days. Usually the same week.

Do you ship internationally?

We can't ship spirits overseas from Hong Kong easily. Please contact for international shipping enquiries.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 72 hours for damaged or faulty goods.

What are independent bottlings?

Independent bottlers (I.B.) purchase casks from distilleries and bottle them under their own label, often producing unique, limited expressions not available from the distillery directly. You can get similar single cask bottlings under the distillery's own brand but they are usually much more sought after and much more expensive.

Do you sell casks?

Yes. We have a selection of Scotch whisky casks stored in bond in Scotland. View our Cask List or contact us for pricing.

Engraving

Can I personalise a gift?

Yes — we offer custom engraving on Glencairn glasses, tumblers, and decanters using a sandblasting technique. Learn more about our engraving service.

Age Verification

Is there an age requirement to purchase?

Yes. You must be 18 or older to purchase alcohol from Caskells, in accordance with Hong Kong law.
