Personalized Engraving Services

At Caskells Whisky & Fine Spirits, we believe in adding a personal touch to your cherished whisky experiences. Our engraving service allows you to create a unique and memorable gift or a special addition to your collection. Here’s how our engraving process works:

Step 1: Choose Your Product and Design

  • Select Your Product: Decide which item you'd like to engrave. We offer engraving services for:

    • Glencairn Glasses: +100 HKD for text-only engraving, +200 HKD for logo and text engraving.
    • Rocks Tumblers: +100 HKD for text-only engraving, +200 HKD for logo and text engraving.
    • Bottles and Decanters: +500 HKD for engraving.

  • Provide Your Design: Let us know the text and/or logo you wish to have engraved. You can send us your design preferences via email at info@caskells.com.
    **Please note: we will not design images; we will adjust your artwork due to size requirements and limits; we may not accept your artwork because the image has too much detail**


Step 2: Preview and Approval

  • Mock-Up Options: We will create 2-3 preview mock-ups based on your design and send them to you for review. You can choose the option that best suits your vision.


Step 3: Payment and Order Confirmation

  • Payment Link: Once you approve the mock-up, we will send you a payment link via email. You can settle the payment securely through our online shop at www.caskells.com.

  • Pick-Up or Delivery: After payment, you can choose to pick up your engraved item from our physical store at G33 Lee Tung Avenue, Wan Chai, 香港灣仔利東街G33, or opt for delivery. Please note that delivery is free for orders above 800 HKD.

Step 4: Engraving and Delivery

  • Engraving Process: Upon receiving your payment, we will schedule your order for engraving. The engraving process typically takes 3-5 business days to complete.

  • **Completion and Delivery From the moment you approve the design to receiving your engraved product, the entire process usually takes about 7-10 days.
