Omar - Sherry Cask, Cask Strength, 58%

This is Omar's sherry cask whisky. Made to a classic sherry style. This one has less intense and more gentle sherry notes than other sherry bomb types.

Omar is distilled at the Nantou distillery near Taichung, Taiwan. A great place to visit and a nice proper little distillery with very friendly people. They have a range of cask strength whiskies which are well worth looking at, in particular their peated and bourbon cask ones.
