Springbank.... one of three distilleries in Campbeltown which is its own Region. Springbank has a cult like following. It tries to employ and use as many people locally as possible and is very much a part of the community as anything can be.

Springbanks of older ages are rare and sought after due to their unhurried and limited production. They are a truly independent distillery.

Due to the rare nature of this whisky we haven't opened one to see what it tastes like!

Natural colour and at cask strength. As pure whisky as you can get, direct from barrel to bottle.

The First Editions was set up by Andrew Laing of Hunter Laing and focuses on mostly older ages of single cask bottlings of whisky that he chooses. Hunter Laing was created when Douglas Laing split down the middle in 2013 and the two brothers Fred and Stewart went their separate ways although both stayed in the world of whisky.

Hunter Laing also now has Ardnahoe distillery on Islay with one of the best views ... weather permitting... looking over at the isle of Jura.
