Adelphi Limited - Linkwood, 25y, 1993, 48.4%, 229b

Distilled in 1993, this Linkwood comes from a single bourbon cask. Not much else in terms of information on this in terms of flavours but Linkwood's spirit tends to have quite a smooth silky character to it. The bourbon cask will give the lighter colour fruits but with this age it will have a complexity that will be opened up with addition of water.
