Adelphi Limited - Mortlach 25y, 1993, 56.1%, 385b

Another Mortlach from Adelphi also at 25 years old. This one is sherried but with strong gingery fire and malty caramel with dark fruits. A bigger "bang" on the palate than normal. Calms down and blossoms with water.
