A 25 year old single cask bottling of a sherry cask Macallan. From an Olorosso sherry cask, distilled in 1989, bottled in 2014 at 49.5% abv. This cask of Macallan produced only 239 bottles.

The Maltman is an IB based in Glasgow. This is a bottling from one of their top end range, a Macallan matured in a sherry cask. As would be expected from this it has the classic dark fruitiness with christmas cake spices in flavour.
Macallan of age like this tend towards the collectors' market due to the colour & rarity of age.
