This independently bottled single malt hails from the Teaninich distillery and was matured for eight years before being bottled by the team at Concept 8. As the name suggests, Concept 8 revolves around the lucky number eight, which is widely believed to bring good fortune and prosperity in Asia. For this particular release, eight casks of eight-year-old single malt were handpicked from Teaninich, resulting in a total output of 3,688 bottles.

Nose: Sugared lemon drizzle cake and milky coffee, complemented by almond syrup.

Palate: A pronounced burst of malt and earthy oak, accompanied by stewed orchard fruit and walnut bread.

Finish: Chocolate nuts, buttery pastry with a hint of spice, and a zesty lemon twist.
