This 9 year old whisky is from the Speyside region, Benrinnes distillery. Bottled from an ex-wine cask, flavour notes include: red berries, chocolate, lemon drops, citrus notes, with a slightly drying oaky finish. Comparable to a lightly sherried whisky. Has a good balance of spice and lingering oaky sweetness.
Bottled at 46%. Only 351 bottles produced from this cask.
