Stampeding it’s way straight from Kentucky, here comes TBWC’s American addition to its “Core” range, bearing a 10 year old age statement, and a bison. This 10 Year Old Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a true reflection of Kentucky tradition, distilled from a classic corn-forward mash bill (77% corn) and aged in deeply charred American oak barrels. Layers of vanilla, dark toffee, and toasted pecans are complemented by warm baking spices and a touch of leather, leading to a velvety, well-rounded finish.
A small batch release of circa 1,000 litres each time
Non chill-filtered, and natural cask matured colour
NOSE
A rich, tantalising nose of toffee, ginger, tropical fruits and almond oil. Develops with leather, pepper and toasted oak
TASTE
Sweet caramel drizzled on American-style black licorice ice-cream. Textured, richly honeyed, yet fresh. Thank you, sir may I have another?
