Murray McDavid Mission Gold Series presents this remarkable North British 35-Year-Old single grain whisky, distilled in 1988 and bottled in 2024. After over three decades of maturation, this whisky was finished in ex-Islay casks, adding a subtle smoky character to its naturally creamy profile. The nose offers vanilla, coconut, and honeyed sweetness with hints of coastal smoke and sea breeze. On the palate, find toffee, butterscotch, and creamy vanilla balanced by gentle peat smoke and oak spice. The finish is long and elegant with lingering sweetness and subtle maritime character. Bottled at cask strength 52.1% ABV, limited to 727 bottles.
