From an unusual Burgundy wine cask finish.
Distilled in 2000, with an outturn of 437 bottles only. This 11y Edradour spent about three years in a wine cask finish. Bottled at 57.5% ABV.
This whisky is warm with caramel & citrusy notes such as orange, lemon and grapefruit. Leads into red berry jam and oaky notes. The finish is light, lightly dry and is long, with ginger, apple notes combined with cinnamon spices.
