The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website as well as all transactions conducted through the site.
Legal Notice
It is illegal to sell alcohol to people under the age of 18.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The Customer shall ensure that no person shall use his/her login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time.

All photos, pictures, images provided are for reference only and the actual product/item may have a slight difference to that shown.
Use Of Site
This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors... we are just human and might make innocent mistakes. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Caskells and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Caskells believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Caskells and its subsidiaries/partners.

Caskells use of personal information that you may submit to us through this Web site is governed by Caskells Privacy Policy and follows the laws set down in HKSAR jurisdiction.
Shipping & Delivery
Caskells ships merchandise to locations within Hong Kong SAR but not to Restricted Areas, Outlying Islands (see list below for details), and OTHER INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS.
The Customer must examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. In the event of a claim, the request must be lodged via telephone (+852 5236 3068) at the time of delivery and then a follow up email, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse the claim.
Delivery Fees
For orders with value up to HKD 800 there will be delivery fee of HKD 90.
For orders with value of over HKD 800, the delivery will be included.
Restricted Areas and Outlying Islands includes:
SHA TAU KOK, TA KWU LING, MAN KAM TO, MAI PO, LOK MA CHAU CLOSED AREA, LO WU, PO TOI, TUNG LUNG CHAU, GRASS ISLAND, CROOKED ISLAND (KAT O), TUNG PING CHAU, MUI WO, LAMMA ISLAND, PENG CHAU, CHEUNG CHAU, TAI O, LANTAU ISLAND.
We aim to ship goods within 3-5 working days upon payment confirmation but most of the time it will be 1 or 2. Slight delay may occur during Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm warning or above, or due to delivery schedule of the courier company we employ or at busy seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year etc.

Also, things happen that are outside of our control from time to time and again, we really can't do anything about that and appreciate your feedback.
