A perfect marriage of Islay pet smoke - earthiness, coastal minerality, and red fruits. Oysters, black tea, plums, and leather co-exist on the palate along with more of that smoke, continuing onto the long, drying finish.
Distilled in 2020 at Caol Ila distillery, an Islay distillery. A 10 year old whisky that has matured in a wine cask, bottled in 2019, at 59.3% abv.
Only 282 bottles produced from this cask.
Non-chill filtered, natural colour, bottled at cask strength, direct from barrel to bottle, no added water.
