Taketsuru - 竹鶴 Pure Malt, 43%

Taketsuru Pure Malt is made up of whisky from Miyagikyo as well as other single malts. As ever it is a true whisky, a superb example of a blended malt.

Put this into a blind tasting and you would be hard pushed not to call it a single malt. A good influence of sherry casks inside this one.
