It is illegal to sell alcohol in Hong Kong to people under the age of 18.
By placing an order, the Customer confirms that he/she is 18 years old or above. The Customer shall ensure that no person shall use his/her login to purchase alcohol products and a person aged 18 or above (identification required) must be present to take delivery or delivery shall be withdrawn and attempted at another time.

Shipping & Delivery
Caskells ships merchandise to locations within Hong Kong SAR but not to Restricted Areas, Far to reach areas, Outlying Islands (see list below for details).
Caskells will ship orders internationally via FedEx courier services as 3rd Party shipping partner. Caskells will not be responsible for any customs duties/tax imposed in overseas countries outside of Hong Kong. Caskells will not be responsible for courier charges / shipping delivery fees.
The Customer should examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. In the event of a claim, the request must be lodged via telephone (+852 5462 7111), Whatsapp, or Email, we reserve the right to refuse the claim. We understand delicate glassware can break, sometimes delivery issues are out of our control. We will assess each claim on a case by case basis and to do our best to help you resolve any issues as best we can. Caskells will reserve the final say to each claim.
Local Delivery Fees
- For orders with order value under 800 HKD, Caskells will arrange your order with SF Express, However the customer will pay for SF Express courier services upon receiving goods.
- For orders with value of 800 HKD or above, delivery will be included for most areas of Hong Kong. Free delivery is not inclusive of restricted areas.
We aim to deliver goods locally within 2-4 working days upon payment confirmation. Delays may occur during Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above, Yellow Rainstorm warning or above, or due to delivery schedule of the courier company we employ or at busy seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year etc.
In the event of any disputes Caskells reserves the right to have the final say.
Sometimes things happen that are outside of our control from time to time and again, we apologize for you experiencing any inconvenience, it is not our intention to inconvenience any of our customers. We will always try to resolve any issue as best of our abilities or to your satisfaction where possible.
